Druvsprit 2024

Skrea Backe Druvsprit is what happened after we somewhat "involuntarily" ended up with a vineyard in 2020. The wine we made was, honestly, nothing to write home about... So in 2021, when we got the distillery going, making a spirit from the grapes felt like the natural thing to do.

Solaris and Rondo are the grapes. We crush the whole bunches by foot, then let it ferment on the must for two weeks before distilling it twice in our copper still.

The grape distillate is reminiscent of a classic grappa, but with far more fruit and much less bite. Perfect as a digestif after dinner.
