Skrea Backe Oak Gin is based on our Ocean Strength gin, rested for 160 days in a 30-litre Swedish oak cask. The oak brings a sweetness and a little vanilla, which makes this gin perfect as a sipping gin, or as an ingredient in a negroni to balance the bitterness.
