A distillate made from Mirabelle plums, picked in Marcus and Lisa's garden in the autumn of 2022. Crushed and fermented, then distilled in our quality copper still. After distillation the plum spirit rested nine months in a Swedish medium+ toasted oak cask.
Ripe plum flirting with the butterscotch and vanilla of the oak makes this a digestif to enjoy exactly as it is.
