This is a slightly more luxurious take on the classic Bee's Knees. Here we use our Barrel Aged Series gin, aged in a bourbon cask. Fresh, lovely and luxurious.

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Skrea Backe Barrel Aged Series Gin 2025
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl honey syrup*
  • 1 slice fresh ginger

Method

  1. 01Combine everything except the ginger in a shaker
  2. 02Add ice and shake until well chilled
  3. 03Strain into a chilled glass and add the sliced ginger

Other instructions

*Honey syrup

Mix equal parts honey and water, bring to the boil and chill. Keeps a week in the fridge (and freezes well).
