Barrel aged series 2025

Mark 08/12-25 at 10.00 in your calendar! That is when we release the third edition in our series of cask-aged gin — the series where we bring together three crafts: distilling, cask ageing and art, in a limited number of bottles.

The 2025 edition is a gin built on juniper berries, coriander seed, warming ginger, herbal rosemary and fresh lemon. It has rested two years in an old bourbon cask, which lends a light touch of oak, vanilla and body.

You might think that would be enough… BUT NO. To make something out of the ordinary we also called on Linda Klintefjord, honey sommelier and honey producer. Linda picked a late-summer wildflower honey to match the gin. We added it after the cask ageing, for a discreet sweetness and a note of honey.

The 2025 label was designed by Fabian Kuhlhorn, a graphic designer based in Stockholm.
