Ingredients
- 5 cl Skrea Backe Summer Gin 2024
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 2 cl cucumber juice
- 2 cl egg white
Method
- 01Combine all the ingredients in a shaker
- 02Shake until a fluffy foam forms
- 03Add ice and shake until well chilled
- 04Strain into a chilled glass
