Skrea Jalapeño Gimlet
This quickly became a favourite in the summer of 2024. Our summer gin brings lovely clear notes of citrus and herbs that marry well with the heat of the jalapeño.

Ingredients
- 5 cl Summer Gin 2024
- 3 cl jalapeño syrup (recipe below)
- 3 cl lime juice
- Fresh jalapeño to garnish
Method
- 01Combine the gin, syrup and lime juice in a shaker
- 02Add ice and shake until well chilled
- 03Strain into a glass
- 04Garnish with a slice of jalapeño
Other instructions
Jalapeño syrup, about 4 drinks
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g water
- 10–20 g jalapeño, depending on how hot you want it
Bring the water and sugar to the boil, add the chopped jalapeño and leave in the fridge for a day. Strain out the jalapeño.
