The Clover Club, as the drink is really called, is a summery raspberry drink. Here we reinforce the raspberry with our Summer Gin 2023, which has raspberry in it.

Ingredients
- 5 cl Skrea Backe Summer Gin 2023
- 2.5 cl raspberry syrup (recipe below)
- 2.5 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl egg white
Method
- 01Dry shake all the ingredients in a shaker
- 02Add ice to the shaker and shake until chilled
- 03Strain the drink into a glass

*Raspberry syrup
Bring 1 part sugar and 1 part water to the boil, add raspberries and leave in the fridge for a day, then strain out the berries. Freezes well.
