The first Summer Gin, opening a series of limited products we release each summer.
With Summer Gin 2023 we set out to make a gin that reminds us of summer on the west coast: sun-drenched days on the beach, meadows in flower and sun-ripened berries.
The gin is flavoured with elderflower picked around our hillside, rhubarb grown by our friends, and lemon verbena for a citrus kick.
