An excellent New Year's drink with sparkling wine and our organic dry gin.

Ingredients
- 3 cl Skrea Backe Dry Gin
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup (50/50 sugar/water)
- Sparkling wine to top
Method
- 01Shake everything except the sparkling wine with ice in a shaker
- 02Strain into a chilled glass and top with the sparkling wine
