Skrea Cloudberry Fizz
A luxurious gin drink mixed with the 2024 edition of Barrel Aged Series Gin.

Ingredients
- 5 cl Skrea Backe Dry Gin
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 3 cl cloudberry syrup (recipe below)
- 2 cl egg white
- Neutral tonic to top
Method
- 01Shake everything except the tonic in a shaker
- 02Strain into a glass with ice
- 03Strain into a glass with ice

*Cloudberry syrup
Bring 2 parts sugar and 2 parts water to the boil, pour the syrup over 1 part cloudberries and leave in the fridge for a day. Strain out the berries — keep them for drinks or for your breakfast porridge.
