Skrea Coffee is like an Irish Coffee, only better... The sea buckthorn and rosehip in our dry gin bring almost orange-like notes that marry beautifully with the coffee and the muscovado syrup.

Ingredients
- 3 cl Skrea Backe Dry Gin
- 2 cl muscovado syrup (50/50 water/sugar)
- 12 cl hot coffee — we suggest the Augusta blend from Slöinge Kafferosteri
- Lightly whipped cream
Method
- 01Mix the syrup and gin in a glass
- 02Fill up with hot coffee
- 03Top with the lightly whipped cream
