Skrea Backe x Sia Glass Summer Sour
In 2022 we were asked to come up with a drink recipe using ice cream from our neighbours SIA Glass, who are a stone's throw away from us. It became a lovely tart sour with their lemon sorbet and our dry gin.

Ingredients
- 4 cl Skrea Backe Dry Gin
- 3/4 dl Sia Glass lemon sorbet
- 2.5 cl lemon juice
- 2.5 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl concentrated elderflower cordial
- Crushed ice
- Flaky salt
Method
- 01Chill a cocktail glass
- 02Blend the gin, lemon sorbet, lemon juice and elderflower syrup
- 03Salt the rim of the chilled glass
- 04Pour in the drink and top with crushed ice
