Ingredients
- 3 cl Skrea Backe Dry Gin
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 3 tbsp lemon sorbet from Sia Glass
- Lemon zest to garnish
- Sparkling wine to top
Method
- 01With a stick blender (or a whisk) blend half the sorbet with the gin and lemon juice until well combined
- 02Pour into the glass of your choice, top with sparkling wine and the rest of the sorbet
- 03Garnish with the lemon zest
