Skrea French Sour
Here we have folded a gin sour into a French 75 and ended up with a lovely tart drink with bubbles — perfect for New Year's Eve.

Ingredients
- 2 cl Skrea Backe Dry Gin
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup (50/50 sugar/water)
- 2 cl egg white
- Sparkling wine to top
Method
- 01Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice until cold
- 02Strain into a chilled glass
- 03Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a little lemon peel
