- 5 cl Skrea Backe Dry Gin
- 10 cl neutral tonic (we suggest Hammars Original)
- Lemon zest

- 01Fill a glass with ice
- 02Add the gin and tonic
- 03Garnish with lemon zest and a few frozen sea buckthorn berries
