Skrea Gin Flip

Ingredients
- 5 cl Skrea Backe Dry Gin
- 4 cl sugar syrup (50/50 sugar/water)
- 1 whole egg
- Grated nutmeg
Method
- 01Pour everything except the nutmeg into a shaker
- 02Shake until a foam has formed
- 03Add ice and shake until well chilled
- 04Strain into a suitable chilled glass
- 05Grate nutmeg over the top

Tip: no shaker? You can shake it in a plastic or glass jar, or something similar.
