Skrea New Fashioned
A fun take on the classic old fashioned, with Skrea gin instead of whisky.

Ingredients
- 5 cl Skrea Barrel Aged Series 2024 Gin
- 1 cl cloudberry syrup*
- Cloudberries to garnish
Method
- 01Pour everything except the cloudberries into a mixing glass
- 02Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until well chilled
- 03Strain over one large ice cube and garnish with cloudberries

*Cloudberry syrup
Bring 2 parts sugar and 2 parts water to the boil, pour the syrup over 1 part cloudberries and leave in the fridge for a day. Strain out the berries — keep them for drinks or for your breakfast porridge.
