Ingredients
- 5 cl Summer Gin 2026
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl raspberry syrup
- 1.5 cl chilli syrup
- 2 cl egg white
- Optionally a chilli-salt rim
Method
- 01Dry shake all the ingredients in a shaker.
- 02Add ice and shake until well chilled
- 03Strain into a chilled glass
