Summer Gin 2026

The fourth release in our Summer Gin series, out every summer in limited numbers.

The 2026 Summer Gin is inspired by summer days in Halland around the distillery — the scent of elderflower in bloom along the roads, freshly picked raspberries, fresh citrus and aromatic herbs from the garden. As in previous years, we wanted to catch the taste and the feeling of summer here with us in a single bottle.

The base of the gin is built on classic juniper and coriander seed, but this year's character comes from carefully chosen summer ingredients. The elderflower is hand-picked by us around the distillery and brings soft floral notes and a light sweetness. Fresh lemon adds brightness and life, while fresh bay leaves give the gin an elegant herbal quality and an aromatic depth that lingers.

Raspberries from Stora Berg in Getinge also play a central part this year. They both go through the distillation and macerate afterwards, which not only gives the gin a naturally soft pink tone but also a fresh, round berry note that balances the citrus and the herbal elements harmoniously.

The result is a summery, elegant gin with clear notes of elderflower in bloom, fresh raspberries and citrus, rounded off with a soft herbal quality from the bay leaves. A gin made for long summer evenings, ideally served with tonic, plenty of ice and a slice of lemon or a few fresh raspberries in the glass.
