A gimlet is really a gin drink, but it works just as well with Skrea Akvavit. A good cocktail to open the crayfish party with.

- 5 cl Skrea Backe Akvavit
- 3 cl lime juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup (50/50 sugar/water)
- Lime to garnish
Method
- 01Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice
- 02Strain into a glass with ice
- 03Garnish with a slice of lime
