Akvavit

An akvavit for every holiday of the year and every moment around the table. On the nose, crown dill meets citrus. The palate offers roasted fennel seeds, dill seed and coriander seed, balanced by the floral notes of Swedish crown dill. Dive-harvested sugar kelp from the west coast adds a fine salinity and sweetness.

Enjoy it as a snaps with food or use it in a drink.

Tip! Try it both well chilled and at room temperature. Cold, it comes across milder and the dill steps forward. At room temperature the flavour gains more body and the fennel takes up more space.
