Skrea Grapefruit Sour
Our organic Dry Gin contains Timut pepper, which has a distinct grapefruit character — a very good fit for this gin drink.

Ingredients
- 5 cl Skrea Backe Dry Gin
- 1 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl grapefruit juice
- 1 dash grapefruit bitters
- 2 cl sugar syrup (50/50 sugar/water)
- 2 cl egg white
- Grapefruit peel to garnish
Method
- 01Dry shake (without ice) all the ingredients in a shaker until a foam has formed
- 02Add ice and shake until well chilled
- 03Strain into a glass and garnish with the grapefruit peel
