Ingredients
- 5 cl Summer Gin 2026
- 3 cl raspberry syrup*
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl egg white
- Soda water to top
Method
- 01Pour everything except the soda water into a shaker
- 02Fill with ice and shake until cold and a foam has formed
- 03Strain into a cold glass
- 04Top with soda water
Other instructions
*Raspberry syrup
Bring equal parts sugar, water and raspberries to the boil, leave somewhere cool overnight, then strain. Freezes well.
