Skrea Olive Sour
Olive oil and gin?! Absolutely — it works beautifully in this lovely summer drink. You get grassy notes from the olive oil meeting the citrus of our organic dry gin.

Ingredients
- 5 cl Skrea Backe Dry Gin
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup (50/50 sugar/water)
- 2 cl olive oil (ideally a grassy, high-quality one)
- 2 cl egg white
- Olives to garnish
Method
- 01In a shaker, dry shake (without ice) all the ingredients until a foam has formed
- 02Add ice and shake until well chilled
- 03Strain into a glass with ice and garnish with olives
