The third edition in our Summer Gin series, released in limited numbers each summer.
The 2025 flavour comes from the memory of warm summer days with fresh berries, sun-ripened tomatoes and fresh herbs. To capture it we flavoured the gin with strawberries from Stora Berg in Getinge, which both go through the distillation and steep afterwards, giving the gin a faint pink colour. We also went to see Raimo at Warbergs Tomateria for tomatoes, which bring a lovely salinity. To tie it all together there is a little pink pepper for a kick, and basil for a light herbal note.
