We all know gin & tonic, but we would like to point you towards akvavit & tonic with our Skrea Backe Akvavit — every bit as cooling on a warm summer day. Perfect when you have a little akvavit left over from the crayfish party or midsummer.

- 5 cl Skrea Backe Akvavit
- 10 cl elderflower tonic (we suggest Hammars Bryggeri Elderflower Power, or a neutral tonic)
