Skrea Semmel Coffee
A take on the Irish Coffee, or on our own Skrea Coffee, but swapping the dry gin for both almond liqueur and Semmel Gin

Ingredients
- 3 cl Semmel Gin
- 1 cl amaretto
- 1 cl muscovado syrup (50/50)
- 10–12 cl coffee
Method
- 011. Mix the gin, coffee, amaretto and muscovado syrup
- 022. Top with cream
