Skrea Semmel Sour

Ingredients
- 4 cl Semmel Gin
- 1 cl amaretto
- 1 cl lemon juice
- 1 cl bergamot juice (lemon juice works if you cannot find bergamot)
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 2 cl egg white
Method
- 011. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker without ice
- 022. Shake hard
- 033. Fill with ice and shake until the shaker is cold
- 044. Strain into a suitable glass and enjoy.
