Ingredients
- 5 cl Summer Gin 2025
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup, 50/50 sugar/water
- About 5–10 basil leaves
- About 2–3 fresh strawberries
- 2 cl egg white
Method
- 01Put all the ingredients in a shaker
- 02Dry shake until a foam forms
- 03Add ice and shake until well chilled
- 04Strain into a suitable cocktail glass
